I work with conservation and outdoor advocacy groups that are changing the landscape—both on the ground and in the bigger picture. I bring a mix of political and nonprofit experience to creative projects that feel real, human, and purpose-driven.

I’ve been the one spinning plates—five deadlines, a Friday curveball, and a cup of iced coffee in hand. I know that scramble, which is exactly why I try not to create from it. These days, I bring clarity, calm, and a process that keeps everyone breathing easy. When I show up, it’s to make the work feel smoother, lighter, and way more human.
I don’t just work with outdoor orgs—I’m out there with them. I’ve helped build trails in Patagonia, lead a statewide hiking community here in Virginia, and teamed up with nonprofits fighting to protect rivers, parks, and public lands. This isn’t a niche—it’s where I feel most at home.
Pretty content is nice—but content that sparks emotion, action, or someone saying “omg, this is SO me” is magic. Whether it’s a brand identity, a video, or a social campaign, I’m always thinking about what’s going to hit heart-first and stay with people after they scroll past it.
I’m tucked into Arlington, Virginia—close enough to be on the National Mall for a rally or make it to Shenandoah National Park for a sunrise hike (the best kind of reset). I love showing up in person when it matters, but I’m just as comfortable jumping into Zoom rooms and Slack threads with teams anywhere.
Girls Who Hike Virginia was featured in The Washington Post as part of a spotlight on community groups helping people build connection and belonging in the DC metro area. I was interviewed and quoted in the piece, sharing how our grassroots hiking community has become a meaningful way for women+ to find confidence, friendship, and adventure on the trail.

Shared here is the New York Times’ national coverage of the March 1st protests in defense of U.S. public lands. While not quoted in the piece, I co-organized the Washington, D.C. protest at the Lincoln Memorial, which brought together 100 advocates to stand up for our National Parks and protected spaces.
